&lt;p&gt;Paulo: Yeah. And he was &lt;i&gt;really&lt;/i&gt; good, too. :) Overall, I&#039;ve been impressed with Independance Air&#039;s level and quality of service. I haven&#039;t really noticed any difference (in that respect) between them and other carriers on which I&#039;ve flown.&lt;/p&gt;
