When I was a kid, I wanted to use a [DayRunner](http://www.dayrunner.com) just like my dad, mom, and the other adults I knew. I blocked off whole days like this in scribbly 10-year-old pencil:

I use [OpenDNS](http://opendns.com/) for DNS resolution (the way domain names match up to websites) on my home and office networks. My favorite feature is their [URL Shortcuts](http://www.opendns.com/features/shortcuts/). I have a bunch of them set up to quickly search various sites I use often:
